I found a Microsoft site that offers quite a few instructional tutorials, such as product tutorials, Lesson Plans, How-To articles. The address to the site is:
http://www.microsoft.com/education/default.mspx.

Lesson Plans, for example, are nicely organized into subjects making it easy to access when needed. The site also offers tutorial of Virtual Classroom Tour in subjects, such as Design Your Own Room, and more.
